DME docs six months in advance???

Hello all! I am attending a conference at the Contemporary in April 2018. I booked my conference registration and hotel room there earlier this week, and signed up for DME. Today, I got home and my DME docs were in my mailbox.

My question - is it normal to get these more than six months in advance? I just hope I don't misplace them!

It is a version of normal. I've had it happen a few times in the last couple years.
