I received my DME vouchers in the mail and I am not using DME luggage service (carrying my own bags on the bus). Do I still need to go to the DME counter at the airport when I arrive, or can I go straight to the line for the bus? Last year I didn't have any DME paperwork so I had to go to the counter, and I can't remember what I need to do in this instance. Thanks :thumbsup2

No need for you to go to the counter if you have your voucher in hand, there is a check in person at the lines who will check your voucher and welcome you in. :goodvibes

You still need to approach the queue in front of the counter. Most of the time there is a CM stationed at the entrance who will confirm that you have all of your paperwork and don't need to go to the counter for any reason, then wave you along to go straight to the bus queues.

You need to go to the counter, unless a CM tells you otherwise. People without checked bags, and people who used the DME yellow tags are treated the same. You'll probably skip the counter.

The vast majority of guests are told to just proceed to the bus lines. Have your voucher out, and ready to show the CM at the head of the counter line. You will in all likelihood be waved on.

We go directly to the beginning of the DME bus lines with our vouchers. CM there scans our voucher and directs us to the correct line.

We never stop at the counter first or talk to anyone standing at the beginning of the line for the counter. Haven't had any problems at all.
