DME Different Arrival Times

My family and I are flying in February and will be on 3 different flights. (We all live in the same house just can't manage to coordinate well) We all will be arriving different times the same day, do we need to tell Disney each of our flights for when we arrive to MCO? or will just the earliest one be good enough?
Departing I think it will be more important to tell them each of our flights but I think we will be all on the same flight lol

Incoming to MCO is not that important giving them all flight info. It just helps them to estimate demand for staffing

There's no requirement to all arrive or travel together or to check-in at DME immediately after you land. But ideally, DME should have all of your information, especially if any members of your party are arriving into MCO late in the evening when operations are beginning to wind down, to make sure no one gets stranded at the airport. And of course, your return flight information is critical for DME to know, since return bus trips must be scheduled in advance. You don't need to go through Disney. As long as you have your resort and flight reservations confirmed, you can just call DME and give them your flight information directly at 866-599-0951.

DME runs 24/7 so nobody ever gets stranded, as long as they are on the resort reservation. If possible have each person take their own magic band. If not, they should have the resort confirmation number. But again, their name MUST be on the resort reservation or they will not be permitted to ride DME. More than one person has been turned away for not being on a valid reservation.

Before leaving home, make a copy of the Magical Express instructions or brochure for each person to take if you do not all plan to rendezvous at the airport in Orlando.

If your DME reservations going home have not yet been made, better to wait until you get there to make those reservations. Each person or group will still need a final confirmation for going home, usually delivered to the room the morning of the day before the day they will leave. If two or more persons will leave at the same time they may all be on the same confirmation.

If some of your party are in different cities you can send them a picture of the top part of the page showing the bar code. It can usually be scanned from the phone, if need be.
