DME departure day q

I'm helping a friend plan a trip...their flight leaving Orlando is at 640p. Obviously they need to check out of the hotel much earlier than that...but when will their DME reservation be for? They are flying Frontier. I'm trying to figure out if they will have time to do DTD on their last day? It's the 6th day of their trip (they have an evening arrival as well), and they will only have the 4 day armed forces tx...I'd rather they use their 4 full days for parks.

DME picks you about 3 hours before your flight time. So it would pick them up around 3:40 pm.

Their Scheduled time will be about 3 hours before their flight (plus or minus 15 minutes.)

The time that they are given is the time the bus is sceduled to leave. They will need to be at the platform, completely ready to go, 15 minutes before. Normally I would recommend trying to be back at the resort 1 hour before the scheduled pick up time, but since they're going to DTD, I would give it another 30 minutes - the bus service to and from DTD can be very slow.

So they can probably hang out in DTD until about 2:00 or so.

They are staying at port orleans french quarter...am I remembering right that they have a boat to DTD? I would think that would be a little more reliable than the buses, right? And since they're taking DME, they won't need to worry about their luggage right? They can drop their luggage off at bell services, or where they need to for DME, and then head out to DTD any time in the morning? And they just have to make it back to Port Orleans Riverside by like 2:30 or so? (if it's a 3:40 pickup)
