DME - Contemporary drop off/pick up order?

I did a search and looked through the stickied threads but didn't find this info readily.

Where is the Contemporary Resort in the lineup of drop-offs and pick-ups with DME? We will have a toddler in tow, and will probably collect our own luggage due to time of day, and I'm trying to figure out if it would just be better to hire a car.

Our last trip, it was just DH & me, but we spent our first night at FW and it took foooooorever to get there since it was the very last stop (I enjoyed the view of other resorts but wow it was a long ride!).

There's no set grouping of resorts on DME buses and no set drop-off order. In general, you can expect that guests going to CR will be on the same bus as guests going to one or more of the other monorail resorts and WL. I have heard reports that CR frequently is the last stop among those resorts.

Ok, thanks. My husband thinks I just keep spending money on the trip but I told him our sanity is definitely worth something!! If it's a great experience I would never think about the money spent...off to do some hired car research!!

When we stayed at BLT, BLT/CR was the last stop on DME after WL, Poly & GF. It was also the 1st to be picked up going back to MCO but we only went to Poly & WL on that run.

Like the OP stated, they can change & re-route based on the number of people riding for each resort.
