When you get to DME at the Airport do they check you into your room there? or do they take you to your resort and you check in there?

DME takes you to your resort and you check in at the resort desk.

DME check-in is just that ... it's check-in for DME. It generally takes less than one minute at the counter. Then they drive you to your resort and drop you off there. You're then on your own to go to the front desk and check-in at your resort.
