DME - but we changed resorts since got vouchers?

I was told to cross off on the tags the name of the original resort, write in the correct resort - that the bar code is what matters, has all the correct updated resort info on it.

BUT...what about our vouchers for getting onto the bus? We are the type that DASH off the plane, through the airport and CAN'T WAIT to get to that DME bus. Since it says ASsports instead of the correct AKLodge - do you think that will be okay to show those vouchers to get onto the bus - OR, are we going to have to go to the darn counter and waste time getting vouchers that say the correct resort? The bar code is on there, so should say when they scan it the correct resort.

Just would HATE to rush, get in line for an AKL bus, finally bus arrives and then time to get on bus and nope, they say can't use the vouchers and gotta get in line for new ones.

so... do I just head to the AKL bus... or go to counter for vouchers to be changed to say AKL?

You'll be ok. We have had this happen several times and has been good each time. They are correct that the bar code is easy to change. So you shouldn't have an issue with getting past the scanners.

The CM at the bus stop line will actually scan your voucher....and as already mentioned, the bar code will have the correct info in it. You should be fine.

Isn't the OP going to have to stop at the podium at the entrance to the Welcome Center line anyway, or is everybody just going RIGHT to the bus lines now?

You are not supposed to go directly to the bus que. You are expected to stop at the checkin counter area, then a CM will tell you which area you should be headed to.
I have been sent directly to the bus ques just once so far. Most of the time I end up in the counter line. We'll see what happens the end of July.

You still have to stop at the podium and they check to make sure you have the transportation vouchers for everyone in your party. The last two years, I have been waved directly to the bus queues.

Every time we stop at the CM at the entrance to the counter queue, we are waved directly to the red carpet. However, since the OP's bus vouchers say the wrong resort, they will have to go to the counter and have them reprinted. They will not be allowed on the AKL bus if their vouchers say All Stars. (even if it is the same bus, they still need correct vouchers)
