When you are viewing your reservations and tickets section in your DME, MAKE SURE any tickets you have linked are showing up separately as different line items for each person in your party. This may be common knowledge and I'm just an idiot, but when I had checked before I saw 6-day tickets under the tickets section that were assigned to me, and when I checked my family and friends, I saw my wife and son listed under that section, so I assumed they automatically linked all of the tickets to each of us properly. NOPE.

The CM working on my reservation had confirmed previously that I had purchased 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket as part of my package. But apparently they hadn't been broken out properly within their system.

I found out the hard way when I tried to book FP+ this am when my 60 day window opened. I was able to book for myself, but not for my wife and child. 55 minutes later after a chat on the phone with Guest Relations, everything is all worked out. But for a while I just booked placeholders for myself and Guest Relations added my family to my reservation, then the whole FP+ booking system was down nationwide for 10-15 minutes, then I could book FP+ for my family but not for me, etc.

So, make sure your tickets are linked and showing up on separate line items for each party member before your FP+ window opens!!!

Thanks for the reminder to check everything carefully.
