We stayed in a mobile home at L'etang fleuris near Touquin about 30mins from Disney. It was fine for us and the distance not too far.

We're debating using it later this year.

Most people are out during the day at Disneyland. By staying here we felt that we were seeing some of France aswell - doing Disney on alternate days so that we could rest/shop/go to paris/provins etc Realistically it is about 30mins drive to disney - which was fine. The pool is open from May holiday onwards - it was very cold when we were there the first time and closed the second - but the weather was cold too. We stayed in a mobile home so not sure what it would be like camping ie don't know what communal toilets/showers are like since we did not use them. There was a mobile take away which I don't recommend. You can order baguettes and croisants at the bar for the morning which was lovely - although quite a bit more expensive than the supermarket. Hope this helps.
