If you want to you could ask for a voucher for breakfast in the park. It is sometimes offered for the Santa Fe, Cheyenne and I think Sequoia Lodge too. Its something a bit different and we quite enjoyed it. If you ask at check in they will tell you if there is any availability and its called Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast. Its normally held in Plaza Gardens, Bella Notte and Chalet du Marionnette. Plus I find we kind of hit the ground running with it and get loads of rides and attractions done
do they offer the same options available in Cheyenne? Breakfast don't seem too great for us to b honest with food allergies options are very limited
will probably just take our own cereal.
The shows are a great place to get in out of the cold and to rest your feet. We like Anamagique, Cinemagique, Stitch Live and Art of Animation (which has a lovely part at the end where you can draw, sing and see beautiful original sketches and learn about the animation process) in Walt Disney Studios and in the
Disneyland Park is Cafe Hyperion which sells fats food and has loads of seating facing a stage with big screens showing some lovely short films (we've seen classics and some new Pixar shorts). You don't have to eat there to sit down and relax for a while
thanks for the tip
Check receipts from food purchases during the day. You will normally also receive a 2nd slip with it that entitles you to a free drink after 3pm in certain restaurants. Hot drinks in winter, cold in summer and these are a god send. We always use ours for hot chocolates to sip on while watching the parades / Dreams.
I plan to take snacks into the parks with us, and perhaps a flask for hot drinks too
Also over by Bella Notte counter service restaurant is normally a good spot to watch the parade but check the park map for the parade route
can't wait to go now!
