Hi all! I'm going to Disneyland in April and have read about the Disneyland Resort Express. I'm from the East Coast and am very familiar with Magical Express. DRE seems a bit different from ME. My main concern is that it seems to run on a schedule. Getting from the airport to the hotel isn't a big deal but getting back, I'm a little nervous about. I'm staying at the Anaheim Marriott and was told that it does pick up there. When looking into it further, it seems as though it will pick you up at the Good Neighbor hotels, only to take you to DLH, where you have to switch buses before you actually depart for the airport. My flight is at 7:45 am and from what I know, DRE begins running from DLH at 6. Does this make frequent stops? Am I giving myself enough time to get to SNA? If not, any other suggestions other than renting a car (the parking fees add up to be way too much) or a cab? I've read about the Super Shuttle. This seems to run 24 hours a day. Would that be a better option? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I have used the DL Resort Express and liked it, but I have to be honest. I have had some moments waiting at the DLH for the bus change when I thought we were never going to leave. So I am more comfortable using it going from the airport to the resort than the other way.

Since your flight is so early, I would use SuperShuttle. I have only used them once and they arrived one hour earlier than I booked them for on the way to the airport (which I wasn't too happy about but we were ready to go), but one hour earlier is better than one hour late!

It goes straight from dlh tp the airport. But, you'll only have an hour and 15 minutes before your flight once you get to SNA.

Super Shuttle and the DL Resort Express cost the same. I'd go with Super Shuttle just for piece of mind. There's no switching buses/vans. And if they don't run 24 hours...I do know they start running by 4:30 am (the shuttle time I had to catch for my last visit). Which would be more than enough time for you to catch your 7:45 flight.

Thank you everyone! I think I'm going to go with Super Shuttle just to be on the safe side. I don't want to have to rush when I get to the airport or be worried that I'm going to miss my flight if the Disneyland Express is running late or slow. Thanks again, I appreciate the feedback :)

I've used both. I would use Supershuttle to SNA. When I've flown into LAX, I've used the Disneyland Express, it's more comfortable for the longer ride. When I stayed at Paradise Pier and used Disneyland Express I had to transfer at the DLH.
