Ok, does it have to be the word that WASN'T used before. In this case apple came before apple wedges so does that mean that I have to use the word wedge? Just clarifying the game plan cause I wasn't sure

Also, does the new word have to come first? For example can I say "Salad Wedge" if I want to use the word wedge? Cause that's what I want to do.. ready????

I think you can replace either word. I usually try to change out the oldest one. You can use the words in any order.
