DLR DVC lounge question

First time we will be at DLR but staying offsite. Can we still go up to the lounge? Can't seem to find the info on the DVC website.

Yes, I have done that. They only care about the DVC-Y.

The TOTWL at BLT is the only DVC Lounge that requires you to be staying on-site.
