DLP Transfer Options?

I know about the VEA shuttle, but as this doesn't run super regularly, what other options are there to get from CDG airport to DLP and how much do they cost?

I've only ever used the VEA. Never had any problem. Can I ask what you mean about not running regularly. Has the service been reduced? I still have to book my transfers for October and am also interested in other options xxxxx

I'm getting the train from CDG in October, it takes 10 minutes and runs every hour. It's the TGV, there's a slower one too that takes 80 minutes.

We always book a private taxi via Ezyshuttle. The cost can be similar to VEA depending on how many people. Ezyshuttle costs 70E each way. They pick you up just after security/baggage collection and take you directly to the hotel. On the return journey they come into the hotel to collect you and drop you off at the correct airport terminal. I can't recommend them enough, if you google you'll find them.

There are other private taxi companies too and some that do a shared taxi service, RS Transports - not used them myself but I know many on here have without problems.

Or there is the TGV train, but can be costly and you need to get from your terminal to the train station - can't always time that to meet the right train.

For me, private taxi wins hands down

I'm travelling solo so perhaps train is best.

Do you have to prebook both the VEA and TGV or could I just see what time I get in and jump on whichever one works best time wise?

The further in advance you book the cheaper it is so Id really suggest doing that. You can look up the timetable online in advance and work out what one you'll need from there.

Looks like my travelmates will now also be flying in rather than getting the Eurostar, so between 4 of us a taxi is actually probably the best option now.

Can you just hop in one outside the airport, or do you need to prebook?

It will be much cheaper to prebook -most people use Ezyshuttle or RS transports as mentioned above.
