DLP in March (No Spring Decorations??)

We were at DLP last March and really loved the way they had it decorated for Spring, but this year it sounds like the "season" is Star Wars themed. For those of us who really don't like Star Wars at all, this is a huge disappointment (I know not everyone shares that opinion), but does anyone know if the Studios park is the main Star Wars themed park and if so, will there still be the spring theme at Disneyland? We are hoping at least one of the parks isn't all Star Wars everywhere. We will be there the week before the 25th anniversary stuff starts up.

I will be there the same time. Hadn't heard anything about Star Wars we are so burnt out on that theme in the parks! Hoping that is not the case as it will be our first trip!

Yes the Studios will be the main park for the Star Wars theme and no there will be no Spring decorations this year. During the winter they will be preparing the main park for the 25th anniversary and finishing the attractions in Discoveryland. This is all part of the major refurbishments which have been going on for some time.
The refurbishments and Star wars season have been advertised on the official website for some time. We were there last February and I agree it was nice to see the beginning of the Spring decorations during that time, however there promises to be lots of new parades and shows during the 25th anniversary for us to look foreword to. I'm sure you will still have a great winter trip - enjoy!
