Well I have been invited to stay in Paris at a family friends home in Paris. I am planning on going solo next year, and would like to venture over to DLP for a second visit. Do you think I would have fun alone? I enjoyed the trip with DH so much in September and would love to visit again. Any thoughts or suggestions for a solo trip would be appreciated!

Yes!! I think you would have a grand time on your own, and I wouldnt worry about touring the parks on your own. The only thing I would say is that I wouldnt want to stay late at night and travel back on the RER train by myself late at late if your planning on using that to get back to Paris.

I think you should be able to have fun. What about considering doing one of the tours of the park - that way you will be with a group of people for a couple of hours?

Take in a couple of shows too (depending on what is on) you can't really chat and talk in those so wouldn't matter if you were on your own.

Plus you can be really selfish and if you want to do the same ride again and again what is stopping you. You can mooch through the shops at your leisure and just do everything at your own pace.

The more I think about it the more it sounds like a great idea.

I think a trip alone sounds like an awesome idea, you'd get to ride what you want when you want, eat what you want when you want and go as fast or as slow as you wanted.

I'd say that you'd have a great time alone as long as you are the sort of person who can strike up a conversation with random strangers. I think if you are a bit shy then it could be a bit more boring.

I would LOVE to go by myself :) No more sitting on the carousel for the umpteenth time when I could be on Big Thunder Mountain instead :)

I think Disney is probably the only place where I would consider holidaying alone. Just think, you've immediately got something in common with 99.999999% of the other guests :rotfl: and many's the time we've got chatting to people whilst we've been queuing for a ride or waiting for the parade.

Happy planning! :wizard:

Well it sounds like I will have a great time, and will not be jumping on the RER late at night. I will probably stay the night at one of the hotels. Thanks for the advice!
