DLH View Types

I have been to DL several times in recent years, but have only stayed at the GC, so the multiple view types at DLH are new to me. When I went to book it said "Preferred Std View" "Preferred Premium View" and "Preferred Deluxe View". I'm not one to usually pay more for a view, but I'm wondering if either of these are worth it. What exactly do you see from either? And is preferred a certain building, or can then be in any building?

I just heard about the "preferred" rooms and they were the newly refurbished ones in Dream and Wonder. I would guess the standard are the lower level ones without a view, and Premium would be upper level resort/theme park views...I guess that leaves Deluxe as somewhere in between.
