First trip to Disneyland: So we're trying to figure out the fastest way to get from DLH to Studio 365 in DD and then to DL. Do we just walk from DLH to DD or is there a faster way? I'm assuming from DD we'd want to take the monorail to DL, but is that right? Thanks for any help!

From the DLH to Studio 365 is about a 5 minute walk and you will have about the same from Studio 365 to the gates.

I should add that as you leave the DLH you are in DTD.It's so awesome. You will love the DLH:cloud9:

Studio Disney is midway between the hotel and the park, so you'll have to walk. If you are going to Disneyland from Studio 365, then definitely walk since you'd have to backtrack to the monorail station about the same distance it would take you to walk to the park.

If you are just going to the park, most of the time it is faster to walk to the main gate if you're going right when the park opens or at the beginning of EMH. If you're getting there later, it might be faster to take the monorail, but you have to remember that after the park opens you have to compete with people taking a ride on the monorail (going from Tomorrowland back to Tomorrowland) instead of using it for transportation.

When we were there we were walking past the monorail station as the monorail was pulling in, and decided just to walk since we were going to Fantasyland first. We got the the main gate just as the monorail was going by it. So if you want to go to Tomorrowland and can get right on, then the monorail is the way to go. If not, walking is probably the fastest way.
