DLH question

Yes, the business office will allow you to print your boarding passes. I found their hours to be undesirable though... Ended up going at the beginning of nap time to get them.

I know for seating purposes, like on southwest, if you even want half a chance at being in group A for boarding, you have to check in and get your passes at the 24 hour mark before your flight. We also only carry-on, and like to skip everything in the airport and go straight to the gate... This can only be done if you pre-print your passes :)

I have yet to deal with an airline where you have to actually print the boarding passes beforehand. I've heard that Ryanair has a huge fee if you don't print, but that's it, and I don't think they fly from the US or Canada.

If you will have a computer you can just checkin, then print when you get to the airport, if that helps you. (of course if you are not bringing the laptop or iPad or smart phone, then you'll be visiting the business center anyway)

What airline are you flying?
We just print our boarding passes at a kiosk in the airport.
You might check and see if this is available.

I have never seen the kiosks at LAX.

I fly West Jet (terminal 2) because I can get the flights for free (just pay taxes) through Air Miles.

We asked at the concierge desk and they printed our boarding passes for us. We were not concierge level guests -- just asked at the desk.
