DLH pool question

Does anyone know if they have towels at the pool or if we should bring our own? Also how are the crowds around 10 am? Thank you!

Yes there are towels by the pool.
We were there in September and the pool was never busy but I dont know about in summer.

Yep nice pool towels are provided. It gets crowded in the summer, but peak time is in the afternoon. You should be fine finding lounge chairs at 10am.

Yes you started the July 17th thread I'm following! You will enjoy DLH so much! The pool especially is a blast. There are lots of lounge chairs up top at the monorail waterslide area as well as down below at the other pool areas. We usually find a spot at the top because that's where my girls spend the most time (on the waterslides). The lifeguards are fantastic. Poolside bar and snack service as well!

Also we utilize the monorail a lot when staying at DLH. Yes it can get busy at park opening, but is great at other times throughout the day to get back and forth. Keep in mind it closes during fireworks - from about 8:30-10ish. You may already know this (I think you said somewhere you are a former CM), but my girls always request to ride up front - kids love that!

They provide lots of towels at the pool. Usually in the morning the pools are pretty empty. People too busy getting to the parks. The afternoon time is busy and it is hard to find chairs, especially ones with shade. You will have soooo much fun! We love the DLH!

Edited to say: We also use the monorail to go back and forth a lot of times, especially when it is hot! But, not for EMH.

Crowds aren't that bad at 10am but I would say by 11 it's pretty packed. You may want to look into getting a cabana, even if it's for half day rental. They sell out quick so there may not be any the week you're there but they will put you on a list in case they have cancellations in the morning.

By the way if you want to use The Grand pool you can rent a cabana and go there too. We stay at The Grand and like to rent a half day cabana at Disneyland pool for the kids to use. They also have kids life jacket vests!

We enjoy the DL pool every day of our visits. Yes, they provide lots of clean towels. At 10:00 am, I have never saw a crowd at the pools. 2:00 to 3:30, especially on sat, it does get busy.
