DLH pool hours

Hubby and I are doign a 3 night package at DLH. Does anyone know what the pool hours are? How long does the slide stay open? At WDW the pools stay open late. Is that true there as well.

9 am to 10 pm.
This is the reply I received from the Disney Vacation planners pertaining to the month of December.

Not sure if that is the hours throughout the year.

The main pool (Neverland) pool hours were 9:00 to 10:00, we stayed there for nine nights last month. We have stayed there throughout the year in previous trips and that has always been what the hours were. The quiet pool area closes at 7:00 p.m. The slide at the Neverland pool generally closed before the rest of the pool did. So unfortunatly, the pools don't stay open late like they do at WDW which was somewhat disappointing. But both pools are wonderful, we spent a ton of time at both of them. Enjoy your trip!

I have stayed at the GCH and I want to say their pool hours are the same. But I would call the hotel directly to ask. At the GCH, the pools are connected in one area, so the hours for the three pools will be the same, unlike the DLH where the pool areas are completely separate.

Is the DLH pool warm enough to swim in December?

I have swam in the DLH in December, January and February. They keep the water warm and since you can have days in the 70's and 80's that time of year a swim can be nice. For that matter my family has swam in that pool even when it was chilly outside, the water was warm but getting out of the pool was a bit chilly!

How strict are they on the hours? we are early risers and enjoy an early morning swim before heading for breakfast. We'll be at DLH from 8/5-8/8

Very strict and since the hotel is gated and cannot be accessed except by room key, they can deactivate the lock I presume so nobody can get in. There was one night I could see people in the hottub past 10:00 p.m., not sure how that happened. But in the mornings it was never before 9:00 that I saw anyone in there except staff cleaning etc.
