DLH Booking Change Question.

I've booked in April to stay at DLH. Last night when looking online I discovered they have released some new rates at the same time we are going, so I rang to change the rate. It's hotel only so no change fees. I would do it online but being from Australia they only take telephone bookings.

Anyway, in a nutshell the consultant mentioned that "The rates weren't supposed to be released yet...." She took my email address to follow up on this and I have just received an email that says "We have been advised the room Fall Getaway Offer, is a new offer that is launching on Monday... Please call us back then..."

Does that sound correct? I thought that if I could book it online I could by phone.

I don't believe that is correct. I also changed my GCH hotel only room reservation back in September for Fall Getaway. I had no problems doing it online. It did take them awhile to find it though in the system. I would escalate it the call center manager. Good luck!

It must be a spring getaway.... I just threw in dates for the end of April and got 3 nights (over a weekend) at GCH for $816!!! That's $272/nt.

Yep, sorry, I meant Spring (it's our Autumn/Fall)
