Soooo with the DL ticket price hike I tried getting on the website this morning to which the website told me there is a problem with my credit card so I assumed it didn't go through.
I never got any confirmation email, not in my junkmail folder either so I just assumed it didn't work and went the ARES option and bought tickets with a confirmation email being sent to me.

Checked my internet banking just before and I have 3 pending credit card transactions ($500 each) plus the one with ARES.

Now, as I never got a confirmation email with the tickets attached i'm still assuming it didn't go through, would this be right? And the transactions should just drop off my credit card pending (hoping) yes?

Even though it says you will receive a confirmation in a few minutes, with as backed up as their system was today it took hours. It took me almost 6 hours to get my confirmation email.

I was a little worried when it hadn't shown up after a couple of hours, so I called the number listed and surprising enough got through to the automation on the second try. There was a message stating that it was taking about 3 hours for the emails to go through, but if you were going to the parks in the next 72 hours you could print the page that had your confirmation number on it.

I did get a popup showing my order went through and it had a confirmation number on it...did you see that when you completed your order?

No pop up, nothing, and it was about 6 hours ago now.
I'm not that worried...yet LOL

Pretty expensive DL trip for 3 LOL

same here... I went through the online order process and at the end got a unknown error message - twice. I thought maybe I had taken too long to go through the entire process so I went completely out then back in and did it all again. This time it seemed to work as I got a confirmation number but still no email of my order yet (2 hours ago now).

There was another problem with the online order site as it would not list the Canadian Provinces in the drop down list for my address, just the US states - and that is a required box to fill in so I picked a state so I could continue with the process.

I sent them an email with the issue and the lack of an email reply yet. I don't expect an reply for a few days. I think they or the web site is busy with all the ticket buying before the price increase takes effect.

My order got messed up too. I think my cc company was partly at fault though (declined it, suspected fraud because we never use it lol). I got a confirmation number the first time though, I got an error message when trying to place a second order for a single PH ticket (gave up on that and used my debit card). So I called the cc company, they assured me all charges were not approved and wouldn't post, that I could reorder. I called Disney to check as well, no record of my declined purchases. So I placed another (this was an order for 5 deluxe aps) and it went fine, got another confirmation number. I called both the cc and Disney just to check and both said it went through fine. Several hours later I have emails with pdf tickets for both the first order and the second.

Does your credit card have pending transactions on it?

Thanks for your replies by the way

Hope it's ok, I really don't need 12 park hoppers for a 2 day visit :rolleyes1

If I were you I would e-mail them immediately and explain what happened and that you do not want those tickets because they are backlogged many of us did not get a confirmation of purchase for HOURS but when some called they said not a problem they made the purchase. I would also try calling them.
