DL Parkhopper to AP upgrade time taken?

Hi all. I'm planning on getting 3-day parkhoppers for my family and using a magic morning and then upgrading to an PAP. I was wondering how long I should budget for the upgrade. I'm thinking about using the MM and then upgrading for the discount for lunch if the time taken isn't too long.

Try to wait until later in the morning 11am at least. The Ticket Booth lines will slow down and then it should take 5-10 minutes. It's pretty quick.
