DL Paint the Night Preview

I am so excited that DL is getting Paint the Night! I really wanted to go to HKDL again when I watched that parade on youtube! A Press Release Preview happened last night, I found this link I just love the hints of the original Electrical Parade Soundtrack in there. I also read that Tinkerbell's wand tip will be one of the Electrical Parades original light bulbs *sheds tear* I really had a soft spot for that parade! They will also be getting a new 'drum' like the Electrical Parade to begin the parade!!

I was so sad I never got to experience the Main Street Electrical Parade. It was part of a Disney soundtrack CD we had when I was a kid, and I used to listen to the song over and over dreaming of the day when I would finally experience all the sparkling lights and electro-sympho-magnetic sounds in person

I'm so pleased that Disneyland is finally getting a replacement night time parade, which will hopefully mean that childhood dream can come true in some way! I hope to see it in HK too on the way over, and play 'spot the difference' lol!

It was a beautiful parade, I was disappointed that it was shipped over to WDW, I always wanted my kids to see it but I think this parade is a great replacement, the new age electrical parade. I have heard DL will get more classic Disney floats as well as all the pixar floats that HK has.
