DL hours - 9 a.m opening end of August?

I was checking out the official hours for DL and DCA for August. As of August 15, the opening time at DL goes from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Do they usually do this? I'm a bit disappointed - there's nothing I love more than walk-running towards a Disney park absurdly early in the morning!

Very strange! Never seen DLR open at 0900 mid august. We were there last year thru the 21st and it was opening at o8oo.
