use any chance you get to practice. it becomes easier the more you use one. plan on going slowly with the ECV. plan on using in lines for rides. know it is hard but think of ECV as a device like glasses help people see. you need help with walking and standing so use the device that helps with this. use this help at grocery or any other store that has them for use. I have been there with a different problem and had to use ECVs even though I do not need most daysJust an update, I decided to rent an ECV, since even a trip to the grocery store can be a challenge right now. Any ECV tips for a new user who is a) scared of it and b) not excited about going because I feel so awful?
