I'm just back from 4 days in the parks and was pleasantly surprised at the food. I think I'm just getting better at finding the gems in the mix. Here's some things that we tried:

Corn dogs: Everyone loved

Jalapeno cream cheese pretzels: Yum, filling, nice to have non-bland food

Pomme frites: Always everyone's favorite

Monte Cristo: Half liked, half were so-so

Red Beans & Rice w/Andouille Sausage (French Market): I liked this

Mint Julep: Not bad

Mickey Beignets: Kids loved, especially since dying to try beignets since loving The Princess and The Frog movie

Fried Green Tomato sandwich with zesty slaw: Decent sandwich, loved the slaw, so vinegary and oniony! The sweet potato fries were good, too, but the kids weren't fans. The Hungry Bear burgers weren't loved.

Ghirardelli hot chocolate: Kids liked it but large ($4.50ish) was too big for them

Dole Whip was the fav food of one of the kids.

Onion Rings from Taste Pilots: Not bad, very corn-y

Off-site: Marri's pizza delivery was ok but pricey-- $60 for two XL pizzas delivered, and too heavy/messy for paper plates in a hotel room with no forks.
Naples 45 in DTD... Used a coupon to get a $60 meal for $30, was worth about $30 max. One pizza. We won't bother with that again. Red Lion Inn room service meatball sub and cheesey bread were good.

:thumbsup2

No, I pretty much suck at taking pics, even of my family. Food pics wouldn't have occurred to me in a million years. :upsidedow I'm usually one of the "park food sucks" brigade but we found great options this trip, so I thought I'd mention it.
