DL Crowds

Has anyone been to Disneyland the last week of April. We are considering a trip sometime the week of the 24-28. Just wondering how crowds are at this time. Also, does anyone know how long the "pay kid prices" promotion goes to? Thanks Diser's

I believe the promotional tickets have to be used by the 27th of April. As for crowds, on weekdays, they should be fairly light, though it is getting into a busier time of year.

My neighbor is a TA and said that Dl was heavely booked thru April 30th. They have a few promotions that they are pushing thru the end of April, plus spring breaks.

I'm going this weekend too. I honestly dont think it will that bad. We are going before the huge spring break crowds and the weather is looking horrible.

We went last weekend (2/25) and it was (what I would consider) quite crowded. However, returning two days later on Monday with a good deal of rain, there were times when it felt like we had the park to ourselves. So, get a poncho and pray for rain! lol

The only rides that I know closed due to the rain were the teacups and Alice's ride. If it rained heavier, I would imagine others would have closed, but with just a light to medium (but steady) rain, these were the only two.
