Outside of staying at the 3 DL hotels, what would be the best lodging in the DL area for a family of 5? Kitchen facilities would be nice for breakfast, but not a requirement, especially if the establshement provides some sort of breakfast. I will most likely have a car so proximity is not as critical, but would be nice.

Starting to plan for next fall!

Thanks....

I like the Sheraton for the grounds, but they don't have breakfast. Embassy Suites South is nice, and they serve a decent breakfast. Residence Inn-Maingate is nice. I like the grounds there, and you can get suites there.

Although Candy Cane Inn is really popular, the most people in a room is 4. Best Western Park Place Inn is also popular, serving continental breakfast, and you can walk to the parks from there - it's right across the street from the entrance to the parks.

I haven't visited Embassy Suites North, but was told that they have an indoor pool, which might be good for the cooler days, if you're going to DL in the fall, and if your family likes to use the hotel pool.

I also like the Howard Johnson, but they don't offer breakfast there.

hi we are staying at the best western raffles inn and suites .they are not bad for the price and they have a breakfest there .we are staying in a kids suite which has two bedrooms and two tvs .so everyone can have good space . hope this helps give you some idesa oh yeah the room has a fridge and microwave .

I got to visit Raffles last April -- I really liked the rooms. If I get some time, I'll post pics
