DJ at GF is the man - again!

Just got back from GF. Stayed in Sago Cay. Had some issues with Mousekeeping. Talked with DJ the manager in the lobby and he took great care of us....as usual.

Also, we need to get some last minute Xmas gifts from a store at the Mall at Millinea and were so beat we didn't want to leave the grounds. We mentioned this to DJ and he arranged to have the items picked up for us by a gentleman named Orlando. That's great guest service.

DJ is the reason we won't stay anywhere else. We're big fans.

Agreed. I won't say he is the only reason we stay at GF, but he is pretty special. He is one of the few Disney employees that still get great guest service. When you need something, he's the best Disney manager I have met.

Zina in concierge, Izzi at the Cafe and Diana in recreation are great too.

The whole resort is like a throw back to a better time at Disney.
