Please post your programs! I've given up on the mickey fan and have moved on to just a regular regtangle fan....but it trying to work on colors and black vs pink lettering....stuff like that.

Pink will be harder to read, so I say reserve it for just headlines/accents and use black for most of the text.

Here's mine! (It is neither black nor pink, unfortunately, but you can see what I did with just two colors):

My colors are pink and ivory....but i'm printing them on ivory card stock. And you're right, the pink just doens't show up well. I wonder if I should do another color...maybe a blue to match the sand ceremony? Pink and blue? Worried it would be too "baby shower"-ish though.

What about a champagne, silver, or gold color? Sometimes those colors are used as a unintended accent color.

I absolutely love the way pink and champagne look together.

I used fuchsia lettering for my menu cards, I printed them on white linen card stock and you can read the color just fine. I will have to post them tonight. A lot of it depends on the font as well. I think from your PJ you are doing more of a true pink, but maybe you could try it a bit darker pink (not fuchsia) to see if the lettering is easier to read.

These are all great ideas. Depending on how heavy and clean-lined your font is, your shade of pink may not be too hard to read. I was also thinking you could do white type in a pink box/oval/other shape or even do a thick pink band across the page where each header goes and set white type over it - but that can be tricky to make look good....

I just started working on 6x9 announcements on Vistaprint, I was planning on gluing them back to back and making a fan out of it. There is pink writing in it too

Our programs were so easy! They were fans, and you could make them as many pages as you wanted, we ended up having 3. The format and front went with our invites bc we got them both from Micheals they are the Bride ones. This isnt the final one but you get the picture. I would totally recommend and people did notice that they were the same style as our invites.
