I was wondering if anyone has successfully made their own Mickey ears and if so, how hard is it? I want to make some for my kids (because I am cheap, there are 3 of them, and they will most likely wear them for 12 seconds before they start playing with them while waiting in line and break them) but I want to make shirts too and dont want to bite off more than i can chew.

There are lots of different projects and approaches. I've purchased ears from Target and customized them. Also, took ideas about bleach shirts and flour/paint patterns from that section!
