You can call on 0870 380 2007 up tp 336 days in advance to reserve or you can pre-book the seats on-line Here .

The seats aren't guaranteed but a 'preference'.

We did this for our trip and we got the seats we booked on the way there and back We were really pleased with Virgin.

Has it changed then? I used to phone up twice - once for our outbound flights and then again a couple of weeks later for our inbound flights.
