And good Riddance I say!
And here's why!
This place was doomed from the day it opened. Lets set one thing straight.....or correct.

Dolly had little to do with this. She basically gave it an OK and filmed two ads, one for the better part of the year, and one for Christmas.
Mistake #1..ANNOYING....Christmas Dolly was second only to the Appliance Direct Gal for most annoying! (Any locals want to agree?)
Mistake #2 LOCATION Sure it was right off I-4, but try getting there as a tourist, a nightmare!
Mistake #3 INCLUSION When you booked your ticket you had to pick a side for the show, either North or South. Imagine being a black person booking that reservation!
#4 VALUE Your meal included a whole baked chicken. Ya right! I've seen Cornish game hens bigger! You plate was slapped down in front of you and that was it! No seconds, no extras, that's it! Many people left hungry. Not to mention in it's first months of operation they refused to sell Beer or Wine, or provide silverware!
#5 PUBLIC IMAGE You know I have some southern/country friends, and I know how they operate, and they mean well. But if your gonna whack an Ostrich over the head with a shovel to put it out of it's misery, make sure the family from the city isn't there to video tape it too sell to the local news! OUCH, That can hurt!
Basically, it was a poorly run dinner show (Oh how many do we have in this town) who paid Dolly for her services, and failed.
When will they learn?
Now the big question is who bought the land?
