I was wondering if anyone has been to the Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge with children. Do the kids get the same food as the adults? Is it a smaller portion? I might ask for a vegetarian option for them if so.......Thanks is advance!
I've been to the one in PF A LOT and never had a children's menu so if they do have on, it is new. Gosh, I LOVE their soup which must have 1000 calories in it! LOL
Michie, what does your son do for his job at DS in Nashville? Does he ride? Seems like a fun place to work!

He has a clerical position there. I was real excited when he told me he got a job there, I thought, neat, my boy is going to be a rider But no, he works behind the scenes.
Actually, I believe you do not get silverware if you sit on the South side; you do if you sit on the North. My 2 kids & niece LOVED this dinner show- it was the highlight of our trip this summer. My 3 year old loved drinking the soup. Our kids had the same menu as the adults.
No silverware in PF on either side. I have done both. But it would be just like something that would be said about those "southern hillbillies" not needing any silverware! LOL
It really is a fun place! And the horses are beautiful.
Michie, that is still a cool job! Does your DS ride? Maybe he could practice some tricks in between shows. They make it look pretty easy!!
