Dive-in movie question...

Does anyone know what time they show these movies. We have dinner ressies on a Friday night at Tchoup Chop at 6pm. I was wondering if we would make it back in time.

We will be staying at HRH in two weeks. Oh...I also rented a cabana that day so we would have guaranteed seating.

Any info on this would be great. Thanks in advance.

I imagine you will make it back in time for the movie. Usually they wait for dusk and in July that should still be at least 8-8:30 PM. You can ask the folks that work down at the pool what time the movie will be starting. If you think you will be cutting it close on time, you can push your reservation at bit at Tchoup Chop and arrive early. My guess is that at that time of day, you will not have a problem being seated a bit early.

My family and I are staying at the RPR in July and I would like to get some information about Dive-In Movie. What's the low down? Where is it held at PBH or RPR? Where can I get information and/or a schedule?

Just returned today, and there was no mention of the dive in movies at all. I hope they didn't discontinue this. It was fun.

I ended up calling Club concierge (sorry, I guess I should have done this in the first place ). Anyway, I know they don't show them every night, maybe a few times a week. We are staying at HRH on a Thurs., Fri., and Sat. night and the only night out of these that there will be a movie is on Friday. The concierge guy said they will show the movie around 8:30. This time may change I assume during different times of the year (i.e. around dusk).

The best way to be sure is to call the hotel direct.

No it's not only in the summer (unless they changed it). We were at HRH at the end of October last year and the Dive-In movie was on Friday nights. and since it was around Halloween, they showed Disney's Haunted Mansion. I was suprised they were showing a Disney movie, but my kids had alot of fun.
