OK, yeah. My mouth is a-watering!!

I am a huge couponer and am so excited cause the other day I went to Target with the goal of using my almost-about-to-expire household products coupons. Since Target puts out coupons too I was able to double up on some coupons and walked out of there saving over $20 and even had some items that ended up costing me less than $1!

I hope you all are enjoying your week :)

I'm a huge couponer also! :thumbsup2 Target can have some great deals when you find a sale, and then have both a manufacturer coupon AND Target coupon! I also use their Debt Card so I can get an additional 5% off. :thumbsup2

I follow a great local blog where she does coupon match up's for local stores! Saves me lots of time AND money. thefrugalfind dot com She's also on fb. :thumbsup2

Beth, no stores in the Bay Area allow us to double coupons either. However some of them let you "stack" coupons if they have their own. Target dot com has coupons you can print (that are only good at Target).

Ain't that the truth!!! :rotfl2: :thumbsup2 Even going to McDonalds with 6 people adds up!

No kidding!!! I hate spending $40 plus at a fast food restaurant, but that is what it usually takes. :sad2:

CUTE wreath, Jen!!

Wanted to show you a pic of us last week at the parks. When you bring a service dog into the parks you get a lot of attention. But she enjoyed meeting Pluto. :) I have other pics posted on fb, as well as a video clip of Oakley meeting Pluto. :thumbsup2

Thanks Kathy for this picture!!

You're so welcome Becci! Those were cute pictures of your family with Pluto. Oakley did such a good job on her first visit.

What a great photo, Becci. :goodvibes I enjoyed following along with you on FB and seeing your other pics. Glad you had a nice time.

Did anyone here watch Dancing With the Stars last night?

I have never watched that show before. I've caught a few minutes of it here and there, but never a full episode. I had to watch last night though because I really like Kirstie Alley, and Kendra. Those two crack me up! And they both did very good. I can't believe Kirstie is 60!!

I also had to watch my teen crush, Ralph Macchio. I had a huge crush on him when the Karate Kid movies were out. Well, him, and Rob Lowe, and Andrew McCarthy, and the guy who played Jake Ryan, and.......let's just say I had a lot of teenage crushes! ;)

Nice ! I'm looking forward to lots of pictures !
Do they have a Golden Horseshoe over there? I wonder if they have good entertainment, of course it could never be like our Billy.:rotfl:

Their Diamond Horseshoe is a sad, desserted building.

Can't wait!! It's going to be so much fun!!!! And I hope the weather cooperates, not too hot and no rain. Low crowds would be nice too!!

Yes, please! :thumbsup2

This is just a quick mockup I did after Bridget’s suggestion, but perhaps something like this could be incorporated on our shirts.

This is very nice! I would just suggest taking out the gold "background" so the DisDivaLand will really "pop"!

I watch it very season. I thought Kirstie was really good and yes, it's hard to believe she's 60 !!!

I love the shirt idea !

I watched, I watched! Kirtie Alley was the draw for me this year. I can't believe she finally said yes. She rocked. No idea how long I'll continue to watch this season though, lol. I usually taper off. It'll probably depend on how long she's on.

I've been watching Chicago on TV. Not a fan of Renee Zellweger's to be honest, but my grandmother and I used to sing along to this soundtrack in her call all the time. Anywhere we went. I miss those days. She moved to Texas a few years ago and I miss her a lot. But at least she's only a phone call away.

I love the movie Chicago......I especially love my karaoke disc of some of the songs. The 3 I'm asked to do the most is:
All That Jazz
Funny Honey (I make Mike sit in a chair & act out the husbands part) &
the Mama Song done by Queen Latifah.

I wish I could find a karaoke version of the soundtrack from Across the Universe. It was the one with the Beatles songs, but they were modernized & tempo's played with......I'd love to find this to sing.....but alas......nothing!

Very pretty wreath Jen!!

Loved seeing the video & pics on FB from your DL visit Becci!!

Kathy love the idea of the pin/shirt design!!!

Watched Dancing with the Stars this morning......was surprised at how well Kirstie Alley moved!!

Guess that's all for now!

Better like this?

What about with no background, just the words (I think that's what Tina was getting at) so that they are more the focus and then the t-shirt color as the background to set them off?

Here are some pictures of Tonga Toast Jessica.

I tried it for the first time during my Princess Half WDW trip this year and loved it. They serve it in three locations at the Poly. I'd heard so much about it on the WDW threads that I figured I had to try it. Glad I did.

Wow, this thread is making me feel hungry! ;)

:worship::worship: That is it, I am not sure storytellers is the same, but I had that back in 1992 when I was in high school :scared1: and it was so good, we had room service every day, and I got that  It was so good. I have tried to make it a million times but it never turns out.

But I do make a mean french toast with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Vanilla. Oh Yummmy....

Now I would rather go make that than go take the dog for a long walk, but I must walk him or he will never sleep tonight, and hey it is good for me too.

I made a carrot cake tonight with cream cheese frosting and my house smells so good now!! :cloud9: I had my teenage son help me grate the carrots, lol, and it was fun to watch. Let's just say he doesn't spend much time in the kitchen usually. :rotfl: It was cute.

There is a neighborhood wide yard sale coming up next month (our HOA only allows pre-planned sales twice yearly). Anyway, the kids were saying I should do some baking and set up a bake sale table the day of the yard sale.
I don't know though...... Do people buy baked items at yard sales??? I thought they'd just be on the hunt for cheapo household items and such. :confused3

Hmmm, I'll have to think about it I guess.

Well ladies, I am already ready for bed! I've been staying up way too late the past couple nights and it's catching up to me now.

Have a good night all!! :hippie:
We used to sell water & donuts at our garage sales. The kids loved it and people love buying stuff from kids :)

Good Morning Girls!

Hey, Check out my ticker!!!!!!
woohoo!!
If I had a ticker it would say "YOU LEAVE TOMORROW FOR WDW!!" Yippeeeee!! :yay: ;)

Can't wait...I just painted my toenails...since its 85 degrees there and I'll be wearing my croc flips instead of my Uggs :)

I thought I had other multi quotes...hmmmm...
Wendy, big hugs, so sorry for your loss :(

Becci, love the picture of you guys with Pluto :) So special!

I'm a big couponer here too (for those commenting on savings) My kids laugh, because I refuse to pay full price for anything anymore...I always find a coupon or savings somewhere. It can be addicting :)

I missed Dancing last night, but have it on Tivo still.

Have fun!! :wizard:

I love the sign, but I think I'd like just the sign on a pretty colored t-shirt. Maybe the teal we were talking about previously? :confused3

Would you believe I've never once ordered room service?? Ever. Some day I really want to, just to say I did it. But whenever I see the prices, plus the fees, taxes and the automatic gratuity..... I always say forget it. I can't spend $35 per person on bacon and eggs. Darn my cheapness!! :rotfl2:

Thanks, I'm going to talk to the kids and see what they want to sell. I'm hoping it goes well, but either way it will be fun. And a good experience for them.

Yay for pretty toes and warm weather!! Have a great time. I know you will. Give Chris a big hug for me. :wizard:

I never pay full price either. I love seeing what sort of deals I can find. I'm not an "Extreme Coupon" sort of person, but why pay full price if you don't have to. I'm teaching that to my kids. They see how you can get so much more for your money if your just patient and wait for things to go on sale. :thumbsup2

I watched! I love Kendra! Kirstie is a fave too!

People around here sale baked goods at their yardsales & water or pop. There is this one house that makes the best cinnamon rolls, like once a once.

WendyLouWhoo......Seester I'm sorry! I hope everything is ok.

Kendra is so fun! I love her show. I think the way she fit into becoming a wife and mom was great, and yet she is still her fun self, kwim?

Did you watch her on the Girls Next Door? I have to admit, I loved that show. :rolleyes1 Holly has her own show now filmed here in Vegas which is where she lives, and works. I tried watching it but I just could not get into it at all. I don't care for her much anymore and she's everywhere out here! If they pay her, she's there.
Adam even got a picture with her a few weeks ago at a car dealership. LOL! He made it his facebook picture and all his friends were jealous. But I still prefer to watch Kendra. She seems more fun and down to earth.

Good to know about the baked goods at yard sales. I'm definitely going to give it a try. :thumbsup2
