Yay! I get excited when any new planning is confirmed. It means we're one step closer until the next trip (yes, I don't have much of a life ).

I'm glad to hear all is well for now. Fingers crossed it stays that way so you can get ready for your cruise!

Good morning, Capri. How's your neck today? Any better?

My neck is still sore, but worse, I was so sick yesterday that I had to leave the school and go home. I couldn't stop throwing up. Waves and waves of nausea. It was awful.

So I have 2 kids at home today . Adara has pink eye and Devin has migraines which are causing him to get nauseous and see flashes of light. We will be making a trip to the Urgent Care after I get off of work to get everything taken care of. At least everything is happening now and not right before we leave for the cruise .

Oh no, I hope they are both much better today!

I think Capri should get one for the "silent coyotes" Jazz needs to be "the 5th Billy Hill member" or just "Billy!!" Jen should be "don't text and drive" as she did on Indie. J/k

I like all of those (except I think it's "Quite Coyote"--have to get that alliteration going!)

Capri that is awful. I am just now FINALLY starting to feel a little better with my back. It is still not 100% but I started back exercising this week but am taking it slow so as not to re-injure or make it worse!! Gosh I hope yours is ok. Have you gone to the doctor? I was doing the ice and heat but found the heat helped a lot more. Sorry you are so ill and I hope you start feeling better today!!

Hi January!! And Hello to everyone else!!

I am off to that dreaded thing called work today. I have to go in early to get my work done because we have a luncheon today. They have a club for people who sell a certain amount of homes throughout the year and it is a prestigous club for Realtors and they can put that on their cards and such and gives them a good rep as a sales rep. Anyway they get an award and we are going for one of our agents who made the award this year. She made lifetime member. We used to go every year but haven't been in several years so it will be nice to go. When times were good our office used to do quite a bit of fun little events but a lot of the title companys and such have stopped doing a lot of their events and the things that we normally would have signed up for we have stopped doing so it will be nice to finally be able to do something for a change!

Also for those that know my dh has been laid off for the past 2 weeks he is going back to work on Monday (not sure for how long) but I am just glad that he is finally going back. We had a glitch with his unemployment though. He had to start his claim over from last year and you have to have a 5 day waiting period and since he got laid off on a Tuesday and it didn't start at the beginning of a week the whole first week he was off didn't count So they started his waiting period week THIS week. Which means he has been off TWO weeks but doesn't get paid for either one REALLY sucks and we have been struggling but I am just glad it is over and he is finally going back on Monday!! Here's to hoping he stays for a bit!!

Anyway I hope everyone has a great day and don't talk too much LOL.

I won't be home till late this afternoon and it will take me all night to catch up LOL

Funny, or ironic thing is, I posted on Callie's FB page this morning wishing her a Happy Birthday and I made a comment about hoping the weather cooperates and the sun comes out for her..........BEFORE I had heard anything at all about the earthquakes or tsunami warnings. Weird.

Just got home from my 12 hour shift with my stubborn mare Rowan...still no foal but we had snow/rain mix most of the night it was miserable! I am going to catch up on the DIS and then sleep for a while before I head over to the High School to paint sets for the play. Now for catching up with all of you...

Oh my gosh Sherri we are practically Twins LOL. My birthday is June 3rd so not sure when in May yours is but pretty close eh? LOL. My dh's is in May but he is 6 years younger (yep I'm a cougar LOL). His is May 29th.

May 21st so we are less than 2 weeks apart LOL Also another thing we have in common my husband's birthday is in November but he is 5 1/2 years younger so I guess I am a cougar too.

At this point I think we were looking more towards the middle to end of Oct which is a bummer cuz that would have been really cool to meet you!! I think that first weekend is columbus day which equals crowds and I know mom doesn't like to do crowds so I think we were thinking the next weekend. Bummer!

EEk how did I miss a holiday? must be wedding planning crazies...I am going to have to call my daughter and try some shuffling like going to Arizona then DL then back to Arizona. We MUST do DL at Halloween as we have never done so before

And your daughter's wedding sounds really fun. I have seen some theme weddings online and on tv and they look really neat! I am sure it will be lots of fun!

Buffalo jerky? Interesting.

Have become addicted to Buffalo meat of all sorts since we moved up here it is delicious and better for you than beef. How often is somethong healthier for you yummy? I sent the jerky out as Christmas gifts the first year we moved here and now I have to do it every year it was such a hit. I get mail from my family & friends all year that include checks for more jerky LOL

I love going to DL in October. Not only is it my birthday month, but I love the Halloween decorations. You're all surprised to hear that, I know.

Both Amy (DD24) and Kari (DD23 the bride) were born in October (18th and 29th) and Halloween has always been huge at our house! We always have a party and we are "that house" with the over the top decorations. My friend is doing the trick or treat at our house this year since we will be at the wedding and don't want to disappoint the kiddos.

Seriously?? That is so cool!!!! Take lots of pics. I love the NBC.

Really pictures at a wedding? What a unique concept....no really I def will share them after the fact.

Do you go to the monthly mini meets in Cali? I keep hoping some trip will jibe with the dates but I always seem to just miss them. Am thinking about going to the annual all class reunion in Vegas this year or next year.

I am sitting here at work waiting to leave for my luncheon but I saw your post Sherri and I have to LOL. That is so neat that we are so close in age and we have so much in common. YAY for cougars LOL! I always say you have to get those younger boys so they can keep up with us!!

I love halloween as well and am so excited to go to the halloween party!! As I mentioned my mom hasn't been to the one at DL yet and I am really excited to get to go this year at the DL version. It has been at DCA the last few years. They do it in the Magic Kingdom in DW and I prefer that. That is too bad that we might miss eachother by a few days but as I said we will def get to know eachother on the thread and def looking forward to meeting you at the ladies meet next year!!

Gosh I have been sitting here reading all the stuff about the earthquakes and it is so sad. I feel so awful for all those people!!
