Distance to Universal from Summer Bay Resort

We are staying at the Houses at Summer Bay in May, 2008 and will be going to Universal/IOA using the 7 day park passes. Has anyone else stayed at these units and if so, how long is driving time to Universal? Thanks for any feedback.

i drive past Summer Bay everytime i go to Universal but have never watched the milage. I would say 10 maybe 15 miles.
