Distance to Epcot from Windsor Hills/Rope Drop?

We will be at Epcot on a Saturday in mid May. How much time should I allow to get from Windsor Hills to Epcot ? We would like to ride Soarin first and I know the line gets long pretty quick.

If you enter onto Disney property via Sherberth Road and not World Drive, it'll probably take you 20 minutes at most. To have a better position at the gates, leave a few minutes earlier.

I personally would not take Sherberth...construction of a new resort is happening on that road and you never know what you might run into. I would take 192 to World Drive. It might be overkill, but I would give myself at least 35-40 minutes. This would allow time to get through the booths where you pay to park, as well as time to either catch the tram or walk to the entrance and then get through security bag check.
