Distance/Time from FW to US or DC

Thinking about taking a day or two out of our WDW vacation to visit Universal Studios and/or Discovery Cove. Anyone done this that can give me realistic distances and times to drive to either of those places from FW in average traffic?

if your mission is to leave WDW for US it will take you about 30 min give or take a few min....DC?? I have no idea...

I live here in Orlando (go to UCF)

DC will take 15 minutes (it's right next to Sea World)

Uni. will take 30 minutes.
