Distance Terra Verde to Diseny?

I got a really good price on a TH in Terra Verde. Stayed in WH last time and LOVED the convenience. How much farther to Terra Verde than WH? Will the traffic be worse? If it's considerable, I'll search in WP or Sunset Lakes.

Also, how do you check to ensure a house isn't in foreclosure?

Im staying in TV in june... I have never been before but was told 8 miles, about 20 minutes to the parks...

I just looked up distance on distancefrom.com site, and it says 26.5 km or 30 minutes. I think that's too far for us, but TV looks great and like a lot for the $$. Last time we stayed at WH and the time before Bonnet Creek. Loved being close.

It is further out, but i figured since we will be there for 14 days i will need some relaxing time away also... Have a good trip!

I just tried that website... If you put in terra verde, florida it gives you a distance that is further away. I put in terra verde, kissimee to epcot and its 10 miles

Hey! I just returned from Terra Verde - it took us 15 to 20 mins, depending on traffic and time of day to get into a Disney Park. Obviously - DTD is the closest and MK is the furthest. Leaving the parks at night can be hard but that is just the shear number of cars exiting Disney! I didn't think it was too far or too much of hassle. AND Terra Verde is beautiful - a really nice community. You won't be disappointed!!

we stayed in TV in November. It was great, probably took us 15-20mins to get to disney gates , never found we got caught in traffic
We stayed in Villa Eden, great price and nice villa, owners were lovely and very helpful
