I have a friend who is going to Disney for the first time. They opted to go through a travel agent and are really dissatisfied with the whole thing. I explained that the travel agency owns their reservation and that any changes that might need to be made had to go through them. Is that correct? What can they control? Can they make their dining reservations and link them to their account? Fastpasses ? They have small children and may need to change them. Also, if they make them on their own, will they still get the 180+10? They are staying onsite. She just got their flights today and needed to add magical express. Can they call Disney directly? Sorry for all of the questions, I always do everything on my own so I am not sure. Thanks so much!
