dissapointed in timeshare store

We just bought a small contract through Jerry at the Timeshare Store and closed with Brenda at Magic Vacation Title a few months ago and both were over the top (in a good way) with communication and updates. There were many times both would email me with updates one right after the other.

With such a small purchase I half expected to be overlooked, but with the service and attention we received you would have thought we were making a $20,000 purchase.

It's very possible your emails or your agents replies have been caught in a spam filter somewhere. It's happened enough to me at work that when it seems someone is ignoring my emails I give them the benefit of the doubt and call instead (even though I passionately hate phone calls).

Email isn't really a reliable form of communication. It's convenient, but not reliable. Like asking my (sweet, wonderful) husband to pick up milk on the way home. ;) It's great when he remembers, but not shocking when he forgets.

I know they're only human and bound to drop the ball occasionally, but I'd be really shocked if a TSS agent was knowingly leaving you out of the loop.

I am glad everything worked out for the OP. I hope you have a great time on your trip!
