Disposable Camera question

Can a disposable camera get wet? Will it ruin the film? I plan on using it on rides where water is involved. Splash Mountin will probably be okay, right? What about Kali River Rapids and the water rides at IOA and US? Thanks!

You need to get the waterproof disposables. The regular ones can get messed up if they get wet. I believe the waterproof ones can take pictures underwater!

Yes, the waterproof ones DO allow you take pictures underwater. We have taken a few! Definitely get a waterproof one.

This probably goes for any camera, but make sure you write your name/address on your disposable camera.

We had what I'm sure were GREAT pictures on a black & white disposable camera that we brought to WDW last year and I "misplaced" the camera on the last day of our trip.

The waterproof ones tend to cost a little more though, so you might want to get one of those for water rides (and for fun pictures in the hotel pool) and a regular disposable or two for other pictures.
