What is the status of Dispicable Me? Also,I heard that Spiderman is being reanimated,what is the status of Spiderman so far?

Despicable Me is supposed to open next summer, last I heard.

Spiderman is getting new digital projection systems now, but as far as I know it is being done after-hours and will not impact the ride during the day.

Just left the parks today and Spider man was open, i rode it. Seemed the same to me.
Despicable me area had the boarded up fence around it with signs saying coming 2012, you could hear them working on it yesterday. Also had a few souviener stands up with Despicable me stuff for sale.

At least two of the projection screens are digital now. Hard to see unless you're really looking for them.

Saw them back in May when they were first installed. Night and day difference. When it's all done with new movie and glasses it will be great.

Ok..so what is the deal with Dispicable Me? I mean is it going to be similar to Jimmy Neutron? or Shrek? Just trying to get an idea of what kind of "ride" etc that this will be?

We just got back yesterday and they have signs posted in certain areas of the park advertising the coming of Despicable Me and it said SPRING 2012 on all the signs.
