We just returned from our trip which included 11 people. The first day of our trip we landed at 9:30 and were eating lunch by 11:30 at the hotel then it was off to MK because our rooms were not ready. The bus stopped at the wrong stop but we got on. My aunt and her friend who is pooh sized and uses a scooter were with us. The driver strapped the scooter in place along with my aunt's friend. The bus started and we went around a small ben two seconds later my aunts friewnd was on the floor under her scooter and my aunt's leg was sweeling and immediatly turning blck and blue. We yelled for the bus driver to stop (she was not very helpful.) It took a good 20 minutes for an ambulance to arrive and disney personnel. Good thing no one was bleeding or going through anything very serious or the ending would not have been good I had an emergency ice pack and gave it to my aunt. The buses don't even have a basic first aide kit. Hello I'm sure most accidents on those buses are falls - ICE best first treatment! Anyway to make a long story short they both ended up in the ER for the night with x-rays and CT scans and were discharged My aunt could walk but not far she was advised by the ER doctors to get a wheelchair or scooter in the parks. She could not ride all the rides because her knee would not bend far and the scooter took alot of extra time for all of us.

We were give a number for disney claims which we called: Call was neverreturned.

The hotel management was fully aware of what had happened. We were there for a week and not one person called to see how they were doing. No one seemed to care. I believe the drive was new and did not strap the scooter securly in place and should of told her to get off the scooter instead of strapping her to the bus. We didn't know -first time.

Thank goodness the bus was not full and no one else was injured. It was aso nice of all the other passengers who came to help without hesitation.

I think Dsney could of handled everything better and hope the will cover the ER expense and scooter rental.
