The weirdest thing just happened.

I have been registerd on disney.com for about 7 years with the same email address.

I just tried to get on, it didn't recognize me. I thought I had wrong password, so I asked for it to be emailed to me. They didn't recognize my email address either.

So, I had to reregister my email address again and sign up for disney insider and other disney things all over again.

Has this happened to anyone else recently??

I know they are having major issues with their website. I went on there the other day to make a payment and I had to do it 3 times to have it go through.

Yep...when I tried to book our upcoming trip online, it wouldn't recognize me. I requested my password be sent to me...it never showed up. I then tried to re-register with a new email address and it wouldn't let me do that either. I ended up having to call and make our reservations over the phone.

I don't know why they don't put some work into their website. You know they have the resources.....
 

I've had some problems with the website too. I agree - I wish they could get things working properly!
