Disneyworld.com problems?

I got it to work this morning!!! :yay: :yay:

Although the "old" page loaded, when I clicked on My Disney Vacation and logged in, I was able to bring up the reservation I made last week (I'd been trying to see it online since the day I made it. :rolleyes:)
 

anyone else having trouble accessing itineraries via my disney vacation? my browser is just hanging and eventually it says page not available.

Yep, been having problems for days!! Same error message.

I was finally able to log in and get to my ressie today. I've been trying for a few days as well. I don't know what the messages are though. It says I have one message and when you click on it it just sits there until it finally times out. What kind of messages do they give you for your vacation???
 
:confused3 I can't get my resv. would it because I booked my trip with Small world? I have a resv. # but it will not let me see anything, it keeps telling me that there is nothing on file?:confused3
 
Almost a month has passed since you all posted these notices. I have been trying to get to my Itinerary for 3-4 days now and get the same thing you were getting at the beginning of the month: "503 Service Unavailable." I wrote to them to report this problem with their site. Nothing has happened.

For a company as big as they are, their web interface stinks! It is pretty, but it doesn't DO what the customer needs it to DO. No matter how nice a website looks, if it doesn't WORK it is no good to anyone.

I was able to view our reservation last night.
 
Earlier today (like 8 am early) the site said it would be down starting 1/30 for upgrades. Maybe they decided to start now?
 
I've had problems with the site on an off since I first posted on this thread. Several times, I have attempted to make a payment on my vacation and, at the end, I get an error page. However, a few minutes later, I get an email from Disney showing that the payment was made. Go figure?!::confused3

I can handle the error pages if they'll just hurry up and post the May and June park hours.
 
I have been having this problem for a few weeks, I got some of my Itinerary in there and now I cannot retrieve it! I hope they fix it soon. I did send them an email and never heard a thing. :scared:
