Almost a month has passed since you all posted these notices. I have been trying to get to my Itinerary for 3-4 days now and get the same thing you were getting at the beginning of the month: "503 Service Unavailable." I wrote to them to report this problem with their site. Nothing has happened.
For a company as big as they are, their web interface stinks! It is pretty, but it doesn't DO what the customer needs it to DO. No matter how nice a website looks, if it doesn't WORK it is no good to anyone.
